Leon County School Board Rickards High School Multiple Phases
This multi-phase project included the construction of a new administration building, renovations to the gymnasium facility, and other improvements to the Rickards High School campus. The first phase broke ground January of 2006. During this phase, Baycrest constructed a new administration building on the west entrance to the campus. Services included preconstruction design reviews, GMP development, bidding/award, and full construction phase services. The completed facility houses the principal and support staff, guidance office, and other career planning departments. Phase two of the project provided for renovations to the gymnasium facility and improvements to other areas of the campus. Phases three through seven provided restroom and ADA renovations.
