Leon County Northeast Branch Public Library
This project consisted of the construction of 5000 SF of additional space to the existing 13,000 SF NE Branch Library building. The new construction included new MEP systems, a structural steel metal roof, and brick facade. Improvements were also made to the sprinkler system in the existing building. Construction was performed on an occupied site within an occupied facility and was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
