Florida State University Immokalee Health Clinic Improvements
This was a Design/Build project where construction was phased to include interior infill and renovations to 28,000 square feet of the first floor. The first and second phases of this project included the infill of shell space for Pediatrics and Rehabilitation. The third phase included renovations to the Maternal Health area, which involved temporarily relocating it to the Pediatrics area of the facility to maintain clinic functions. Construction began in January 2009 and was substantially completed in March 2010. The project was substantially complete 1 month ahead of schedule and on budget.
