Leon County School Board Lincoln High School Renovations
This multi-phase project includes construction of a new cafeteria building, entrance to the campus, new classroom addition and remodeling and renovations to more than 200,000 SF of interior space. Included in this work is extensive HVAC and electrical upgrades as well as various site improvements. The first phase of the project included the installation of a new 1000-ton chiller system and associated piping, remodeling of the administrative wing and construction of a new plaza and roadway entrance to the campus. This first phase was completed in 67 days with a construction value of $4.1 million. The new classroom addition is a two story structure and included extensive sitework.
