Bill Graham
President

Mr. Graham is the President of Baycrest Corporation. He has extensive experience with small and large construction management contracts including: institutional and educational facilities, correctional facilities, medical facilities, utility and retrofit projects, environmental remediation, administration, performing arts, athletics and research facilities. For the past twenty years, his primary focus has been in the state and local government construction market. This experience has enabled Bill to develop unmatched skills in the understanding and implementations of public construction policies, systems, and contracting procedures. Mr. Graham is uniquely experienced with the techniques and methods required for the successful completion of fast start-up, accelerated schedules, and occupied facility construction. Projects have ranged in size from $70,000 to over $100,000,000.
Steve Ghazvini

As Vice President of Baycrest, Steve lends operations leadership to the team throughout the preconstruction and construction phases of the projects. His experience spans a period of over 25 years in the institutional, commercial, educational, and site development sectors of the construction industry. During this time he has successfully completed a number of schedule intensive projects, primarily for Leon County and the school system. These projects ranged in size from under $100,000 to over $100,000,000.
Debbie Caruthers
Director of Finance and Accounting
Debbie Caruthers brings more than 25 years of experience providing oversight of accounting functions. Ms. Caruthers oversees the accounting department and coordinates month end close, annual audits, job costing, accounts receivable, financial reporting and year end close. Prior to joining Baycrest Corporation Debbie was a financial analyst for rural land sales and development projects with the St. Joe Company. Other experience includes 10 years with the State of Florida Department of Education as a program specialist conducting financial processing and reconciliation of more than 10 state scholarship and grant programs. Debbie also assisted in managing the accounting department for 25 convenience stores with the Southland Corporation for 10 years.
Brian Blankenship
Business Development Manager
The knowledge of construction practices gained throughout his career have enabled Brian to have unmatched abilities in creating and managing the Business Development and Sales Department. Brian’s philosophies on marketing, sales and the construction process have created a smooth transition from first meetings to pre-construction to closeout for Owners. Prior to joining the business development and sales department, Brian had worked for the past six (6) years in the construction industry for an International Construction Firm, a National Development Company and Baycrest Corporation. His roles during that time included: Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, Estimator and Scheduler.
Jim Carver
South Georgia Business Manager
Mr. Carver has been involved with national and international marketing and sales for almost 20 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Carver has gained a strong background in managerial oversight, procurement, construction services, as well as a knowledge of agricultural practices. His community contributions include being an Early County, GA Planning Commission Member, and an active member of the Blakely-Early County, GA Chamber of Commerce since 2003, and previously served as Chairman in 2004. Jim’s experience and knowledge with Construction and the Georgia community are a valuable asset in his role as South Georgia Business Manager with Baycrest Corporation.

Mr. Daugherty is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in construction management of various complex Commercial, Federal, and Industrial projects. This diversity includes efficient and effective management of supervisory and subcontract personnel, worker health and safety management, quality assurance, contract management, cost and schedule management, document control management, and configuration management. Professional experiences include supervision and management of design and construction, subcontract coordination and management, contract and subcontract documentation, construction contract management, cost plus fixed fee, firm fixed price, CM at risk, design/build and design/bid-build construction oversight and field management. Projects have ranged in size from $500,000 to $6 billion.

Scott brings almost seven years of experience in the construction industry and a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida to the Baycrest Corporation Team. In his experience, he has gained a strong background in managerial oversight and construction phase services. Specific skills acquired include: estimating, scheduling, scope management, cost management, quality control and trade contractor management. In addition to the previously listed duties, Scott is accountable for overseeing the overall progress and successful completion of projects. This responsibility includes maintaining the project schedule, maintaining open communication with the Owner, Architect, and Engineers, reviewing subcontractor pre-qualifications, administering subcontracts, dispute resolution, general financial projections, coordinating preconstruction process and project closeout.
Brian Peddie

Brian Peddie brings more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry to the Baycrest Team. Brian is responsible for subcontractor oversight, construction phase services; estimating, scheduling, bid packaging, quality control and subcontractor management. His duties include extensive scheduling, submittal reviews, contracts, dispute resolution, project closeout and financial projections.
Donny Ryals
Project Manager/General Superintendent
Donny Ryals has 31+ years of experience in the construction industry, and his experience with Baycrest includes serving in the capacities of General Superintendent, Project Engineer and Project Manager. Donny's well-rounded contracting experience encompasses a broad range of building types including Industrial, Commercial, Athletic, K-12 School, and Health Care Facilities. He is a seasoned, hands-on veteran and has extensive experience with accelerated schedules, tight subcontractor management, safety planning, budgeting and quality control.

Kevin has worked in the construction industry for 15 years. In the years following completion of college he has managed a wide range of projects. Kevin's experience includes pre-construction and construction phase services; estimating, scheduling, bid packaging, buyout, and subcontractor management are his strong suits. His duties have included extensive scheduling, submittal reviews, contracts, dispute resolution, project closeout and financial projections. Kevin is uniquely experienced with the techniques and methods required for the successful completion of construction management projects.

Mike’s experience spans a period of 28 years in the institutional and commercial construction industry. During this time he has focused on schedule and quality control intensive projects. Mike has experience as both a business owner and general superintendent. He will manage, direct, and control the daily field operations for his job assignments. Mike has developed a solid track-record of dependability by following through on commitments and meeting deadlines. He has a special ability to deliver a quality product on a short construction schedule.
Kris Hosig

Kris Hosig’s experience spans a period of more than 28 years in the institutional and commercial construction industry. During this time he has focused on schedule and quality control intensive projects. He will manage, direct, and control the daily field operations for this job assignment. Kris has developed a solid track-record of dependability by following through on commitments and meeting deadlines. Kris’s completed projects range in size from $40,000 to over $100,000,000. He has a special ability to deliver a quality product on a short construction schedule.
Travis Perez

Travis Perez joined Baycrest Corporation with more than 24 years of experience within the construction industry and supervising crews on both commercial and residential projects with accelerated scheduling and budget control. Mr. Perez also operated his own masonry and concrete business and has strong knowledge of construction, design, and current trends and technologies. Travis has the ability to manage and organize trades and laborers.

As Superintendent, Lloyd manages, directs, and controls the daily field operations for his project assignments. Lloyd has a successful history of completing projects on time with consistent customer satisfaction. His resume includes several projects in school environments. Lloyd has over 29 years of experience with occupied facility construction for educational, detention, administrative, medical, and general commercial projects. He is a seasoned, hands-on veteran with accelerated schedules, tight subcontractor management, safety planning, budget and quality control.
